Corporate Governance Report

ICA Gruppen’s annual report includes a special report on corporate governance. The Corporate Governance Report also includes a report on the company’s internal control and risk management related to financing reporting.

The Corporate Governance Report provides an overview of how the Swedish Corporate Governance Code was applied during the financial year and whether there were any departures from the Code. The report, including the report on the company’s internal control and risk management in relation to the financing reporting, is also drawn up as a separate document. The Corporate Governance Reports listed below, up to year 2012, pertain to the company Hakon Invest, whose name was changed to ICA Gruppen AB in May 2013.
