In 2024 ICA Gruppen had sales of approximately SEK 157 billion and approximately 24,000 employees, mainly in Sweden and the Baltic countries. Approximately 50,000 people work within ICA – in offices, logistics, or in any of ICA’s own or retailer-owned stores.

Apotek Hjärtat is Sweden’s leading pharmacy chain, with a rapidly growing online operation, nearly 400 pharmacies and more than 3,000 employees.

ICA Bank’s business concept is to make every day a little easier for ICA’s customers by providing financial services and increasing customers’ loyalty to ICA while reducing the ICA stores’ and ICA AB’s transaction costs for external bank and credit cards.
